Overview
A Program Manager oversees complex, high-impact programs across departments, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and measurable outcomes. They lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and mitigate risks to deliver business value.
Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Define program objectives aligned with organizational goals and develop long-term roadmaps.
- Program Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of programs—from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective communication.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects.
- Process Improvement: Use methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to optimize workflows.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and deliverables to assess progress and impact.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a program leadership role.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smart Sheet).
- RTLS
Experience:
Senior-level experience with Real-Time Location System (RTLS) technology, including implementation, integration, and optimization for operational workflows. - Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans.
- Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and driving change.
- Deep understanding of program management methodologies and industry trends.
- Expertise in leveraging RTLS technology to improve operational efficiency, patient flow, and asset management.
