The role requires 5 to 10 years of experience in labor relations, solid understanding of the National Labor Relations Act, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include negotiating labor agreements, advising management on labor matters, and leading change initiatives. A Bachelor's Degree is required;

an advanced degree is preferred. This position will involve significant travel.
