HDR’s Water Business Group is growing, and we are looking for experienced Project Managers to help lead our program forward. This is an exciting opportunity to join our industry-leading, 100% employee-owned firm in a leadership role. As a Project Manager in our Water Business Group, you’ll oversee projects from small-scale planning to large, multi-disciplinary design efforts. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing details, building client relationships, and leading technical teams.

• Manage small to large-scale engineering projects across planning and design phases.
• Coordinate work across teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Build and maintain client relationships, participate in marketing and negotiations.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Interface with agencies during reviews and permitting.
• Monitor project budgets and schedule, and manage resources.
• Provide technical analyses and engineering reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and support firm-wide initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7 years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project;
  Access experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Salary Range: $103,000 - $205,000 depending on skills and location.
