Overview
Who You'll Work With:
Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture — doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward. In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you thought possible.
Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics to drive program management, impact measurement, and financial modeling. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will coach client teams, build strong relationships across organizations, and introduce McKinsey’s cutting-edge tools to challenge conventional approaches and raise execution standards.
By leveraging McKinsey’s proprietary tools and methodologies, you will build client capabilities, ensure sustainable results, and drive measurable impact.
