Area Director - Quick Service Restaurant - Base Salary to 85k/year - Atlanta, GA

• All Search Recruiting is working with a quick service restaurant chain that is a corporate owned entity hire an Area Director in the Atlanta area. The Area Director has 7 locations under them and works directly with General Managers to deliver a type of the line restaurant experience.

• Achieve and exceed district sales targets through operational excellence and strategic sales initiatives.
• Partner with store leaders to implement local store marketing, community engagement, and catering initiatives to grow sales.
• Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and execute action plans to maximize performance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier General Managers and Assistant Managers, creating a strong leadership bench for the organization.
• Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and career development plans that build leadership capability and accountability.
• Conduct regular in-store visits to observe, mentor, and model leadership behaviors for store managers.
• Ensure every location delivers exceptional guest service, with accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure restaurants operate in full compliance with health, safety, labor, and brand standards.

• 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience required (fast casual or quick service experience preferred).
• Proven track record of developing leaders and building high-performance teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and execute improvement plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.

• Base salary in the 80k - 85k/year range
