Regional Manager – Multifamily

Atlanta, GA (On-Site Role)

We’re working with a growing multifamily owner/operator seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of communities in the Atlanta metro and surrounding markets. This is an on‑site role supporting properties that are undergoing active improvements and require a strong operational leader who can elevate teams, ensure compliance, and drive consistent performance.

• Lead day‑to‑day operations for a portfolio of multifamily communities.
• Manage, develop, and support on‑site teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and vendor oversight.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, resident relations, and operational execution.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs, including LIHTC and Project‑Based Section 8.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, AP/AR, and operating statements.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and overall property condition.
• Collaborate with internal teams across operations, compliance, and asset management to continuously improve property performance.

• 5+ years of multifamily or affordable housing industry experience.
• Strong working knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and other compliance programs (industry certifications a plus).
• Experience with Real Page or similar property management software.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements, financials, and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• A proactive, ethical, and team‑oriented approach in a fast‑paced environment.
