The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Distribution Center, focusing on transportation, warehousing, and related services to achieve customer satisfaction, cost objectives, and safety compliance.

• Responsible for all aspects of shipping and receiving functions, working closely with carrier partners.
• Collaborate with corporate management and personnel.
• Maintain control of inventory and equipment.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Secure property and protect against loss.
• Operate efficiently using effective packing, set‑up, delivery, pick‑up methods and capacity planning.
• Minimize work‑related injuries and losses, complying with OSHA guidelines and company directives.
• Direct, hire, train, develop and evaluate drivers, warehouse personnel and supervisory staff.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and programs professionally and timely.

• 5+ years of warehouse team management experience.
• Exposure to all key facets of distribution operations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP software.
• Experience with forklift, stock picker, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment a plus.
• Problem‑solving attitude with a “can do” mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and handle deadline‑oriented tasks.
