Now, as we expand our footprint into the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region, we’re seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Vice President of Acquisitions & Business Development to champion our growth across this vibrant market.
* This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with preference for candidates based in Southern Florida (Miami area) for convenient travel to and from CALA markets, or from our Atlanta corporate headquarters

As Vice President, Acquisitions & Business Development – CALA, you’ll lead Davidson’s strategic expansion throughout the Caribbean and Latin America, driving opportunities across all operating verticals:
Davidson Hotels, Pivot, Davidson Resorts, and Davidson Restaurant Group.
In this pivotal role, you’ll:
Identify, source, and negotiate hotel investments, acquisitions, management contracts, and new development deals across the CALA region.
Build and nurture strong relationships with owners, developers, investors, and brand partners to fuel sustainable growth.
Lead financial analyses, valuations, and underwriting for complex transactions and M&A opportunities.
Collaborate directly with the Chief Investment Officer and executive leadership to shape the company’s strategic direction.
Mentor and develop a team of analysts, fostering a high-performing culture rooted in excellence, curiosity, and collaboration.
