This is a full‑time role requiring 40 hours per week on site in Atlanta, Georgia. Studio Managers will work two weekend shifts per month. Work hours may vary week‑to‑week, but the Manager has flexibility to create a schedule that works for them and the studio.

The Studio Manager sets the tone in the studio and strives for excellence with the team. They direct, motivate, inspire, and influence the studio team toward studio goals, ensuring guests enjoy a consistent experience through effective operations management and team oversight.

• Maintain an engaged, productive team through strong leadership, initiative, and leading by example.
• Bring positive, team‑first energy to make Perspire an exceptional place to work.
• Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Schedule team members to maximize productivity and workload.
• Lead the team with strong Membership Sales, measured by conversion percentage and sales performance charts.
• Manage disciplinary actions for underperforming employees.
• Resolve guest complaints or membership issues with the highest level of customer service.
• Promote the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of a Perspire membership to guests.
• Ensure front‑desk processes (member check‑in, phone inquiries, consent forms, studio tours, delinquent account procedures, new membership agreements) are followed;
  Mindbody software experience is a plus.
• Perform studio inspections to ensure facilities and equipment meet operational standards.
• Find local B2B opportunities and set up monthly marketing pop‑ups.

• Team player with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Results‑driven and motivated to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ability and willingness to tackle problems and find solutions.
• Poise, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with dissatisfied guests.
• Passionate about health and wellness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for clear communication with guests and team members.

• Willingness to work a full‑time schedule that includes weekends.

• Competitive salary base of $50,000 – $60,000
• Studio managers earn $70,000+ annually with bonuses and commissions.
• Unlimited PTO after 90 days.
