Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure that all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping, are executed efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in warehouse or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to analyze data and implement operational improvements.

Attributes:

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Commitment to safety and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Odoo.

Certification in supply chain or logistics management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, or similar).

Familiarity with lean warehousing practices.
