This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Spa Manager will oversee sales and daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and team performance. Responsibilities include membership sales, managing spa staff, maintaining the quality of services, fostering positive client relationships, and achieving financial goals through sales, budgeting and effective resource management. Additionally, the Spa Manager will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, strategize to improve service offerings, and promote a welcoming atmosphere for both team members and clients.

• Proficiency in Spa Management and oversight of spa personnel and operations
• Strong membership sales background
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to cultivate positive client experiences
• Experience in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of operations effectively
• Knowledge and understanding of Massage and Skin Care therapies
• Leadership abilities, excellent communication, and organizational skills
