The Dimension Markets & Revenue Team is responsible for all aspects of subscriber origination and management, revenue generation, and overall market management for both projects that are in development and operating. Our team is responsible for:

• Maximizing project revenue by originating subscriber and maintaining fully subscribed projects from the commercial operation date through the life of the project
• Establishing and maintaining Dimension's market position in each state where we operate by securing program capacity and by promoting the Dimension brand of community solar
• Providing timely, accurate data that allows for clear reporting on key operational metrics to both internal and external stakeholders

We are seeking a Site Manager who will oversee Dimension's growing portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for working with Technical Asset Management, Real Estate, and the Market Managers to ensure Dimension is meeting all of Its obligations on its operating sites. You will report to the VP of Markets & Revenue. In terms of responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing project obligations such as site utility bills, property taxes, PILOTs, execution of host community benefit agreement requirements, ongoing permitting obligations, etc.

You will be the face of Dimension's operating projects with all of the municipalities where we operate, helping to ensure Dimension and its projects continue to be seen as a positive force for the 20+ years of operations.

• Review and understand all lease agreements and state property rules to accurately determine property tax payment obligations.
• Manage the timely payment of property taxes, site utility bills, PILOT payments, and other
• Review and understand any and all permit obligations and ensure ongoing compliance with the local municipality or other AHJ
• Interface with the Dimension Real Estate team to ensure proper coordination with landlowners, landlords, etc. in relation to Dimension reimbursement responsibilities
• Interface with Technical Asset Management to ensure projects are being maintained in compliance with any and all permitting obligations
• Serve as the lead POC for Dimension with all municipalities and respond to any questions or issues that arise during the operating term

• 2-4 years of experience in account management, inside sales, portfolio management, asset management, etc.
• Preference for experience renewable energy, finance, real estate, or a similarly relevant field
• Project management experience with strong organization and time management abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage diverse relationships and multiple, complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
• Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Experience and comfort with other data management programs such as Python, Power Bi, etc. is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
