• Administer projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and quality completion within budget
• Collaborate with multiple functional areas such as Training, IT, and Marketing to achieve project goals
• Monitor project budgets and request assistance to resolve any identified variances
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
• Identify and elevate issues to minimize project delays

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills within defined procedures

• Experience working in the payments industry
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Proven ability to manage minor customizations to standard processes
• Experience in collaborating with external stakeholders
• Basic understanding of clients' business needs
