Electrical Project Manager

Overview

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead a data center construction project at a site in Atlanta, GA. The role requires strong leadership, project control, and business management skills to deliver the project on time, within budget, and with high quality and safety standards.

• Lead day-to-day execution and project controls, including project engineering, cost, risk, and business management.
• Manage all project team members (Project, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators).
• Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast-paced growth.
• Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect.
• Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work teams.
• Accountability for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.

• Understand and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG.
• Have 100% detailed, hands‑on knowledge of project scope.
• Perform cost control, billings, and collections for assigned project.
• Maintain strong engagement with owner and architect.

• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to create and support team morale.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Prolog or similar), accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
• A strong work ethic and a “do” attitude.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management within electrical commercial construction.
• Experience with running multiple complex, highly technical projects preferably within core markets.
• Connectivity knowledge/experience required.
