** Your Role & Responsibilities:
** As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee leasing operations, lead a team, and create a top-tier experience for prospects and residents.

Key responsibilities include:

** Leasing & Marketing Strategy** – Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the
** Marketing Plan
** while analyzing market trends.  
** Team Leadership & Training** – Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three
** Leasing Consultants**, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.  
** Customer Experience & Sales** – Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).  
** Market & Competitor Analysis** – Conduct regular property
** shopping reports**, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.  
** Resident Retention** – Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.### ###

* What We’re Looking For:

* Education:

** High School Diploma or GED required.

*
* Experience:

** Minimum 1 year experience as a Leasing Manager or Community Manager required.

* Skills:

** Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.
