Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ground-up retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor scopes, and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Oversee permitting, procurement, site logistics, and safety compliance
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns
• Provide weekly updates to ownership and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, ideally retail, convenience store, or restaurant buildouts
• Proven experience managing ground-up projects from mobilization to completion
• Ability to manage multiple jobs at once and travel periodically for project-related meetings or site visits
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling software, and financial tracking
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
