Manufacturing​/Production Supervisor; Management Consultant

This position requires 100% domestic travel – fly out Sunday, fly home Friday, year-round.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and lead transformational change initiatives by coaching frontline teams and management.
• Work closely with clients to understand resource utilization and identify operational improvements.
• Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with clients.
• Address issues proactively, provide feedback, and foster accountability among frontline staff.
• Develop frontline supervisors to adopt proactive management styles.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and workshops.
• Analyze and utilize metrics and data to inform management decisions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and support the implementation of management systems.

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of supervision and management experience, preferably in Production & Manufacturing industries.
• Strong conflict resolution, consensus building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver results while managing client relationships.
• High credibility and leadership skills across organizational levels.
• Excellent observational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
