• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as assigned through the CMMS.
• Perform error recovery/reactive maintenance during operation.
• Work with Team Leader, Maintenance Planner, and Site Manager to ensure all parts, tools, and resources are available for PMs.
• Record all work performed in CMMS as a work order compañeros.
• Monitor SPOC and the system regularly to confirm adequate performance, correcting any issues or creating a maintenance request when the system is down.
• Properly sign out shared tools and return all tools.

• At least 3 years working with advanced automated equipment or a्छ relevant technical certification/degree.
• Experience working as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Industrial experience with and troubleshooting PLCs (Siemens Simatic, Allen‑Brady Control Logix, etc.).
• Working knowledge of electrical systems including motors, drives, controllers, relays, fuses, sensors, etc.
• Able to demonstrate competency with a multimeter, including checking voltage in a circuit and testing resistance across theuline windings of a 3‑phase motor.
• Practical experience working with technical documentation (mechanical drawings, electrical prints, equipment manuals, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Climbing, bending, kneeling, and able to lift 50 pounds.

• Technical certification or degree.
• Knowledge of Industrial Ethernet and modern field buses (e.g., PROFIBUS, ASi) would be an advantage.
• Aηση demonstrate competency using shop tools including milling machines, lathes, and drill presses.
• Able to demonstrate competency using a TIG welder.
• Experience working with CMMS software for managing work orders and spare parts (SAP Ornament Maximo, eMaint, etc.).
