This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, conducting repairs, troubleshooting issues, and executing preventive maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties. The technician will work to ensure that all systems, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained to provide a safe and functional environment for residents and tenants.

• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
• Proficient in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Knowledge and skills in Industrial Maintenance
• A strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in relevant fields are a plus
• Experience in property maintenance or a similar role preferred
