We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to help prepare our apartments for new residents and keep our communities looking great.
What You’ll Do- Get apartments ready for move-in by handling light repairs, touch-ups, and cleaning
- Perform basic maintenance tasks like painting, drywall patching, minor plumbing, and electrical work
- Inspect units and report issues that need attention
- Work with the maintenance team to ensure homes meet our standards
- Help with resident maintenance requests as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintenance, construction, or handyman experience
- Basic knowledge of tools and repair work
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, bend, and move around the property
