Full Time Cleaning Supervisor / South Atlanta Address Atlanta, GA, US Compensation $17.50/hour

Job Description

Marsden South has an immediate opening for a Cleaning Supervisor! Join an essential company to service the buildings and facilities in your community. Learn new, practical skills and gain experience with on-the-job training.

11am-7pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

• Able to perform the duties of supervised staff
• Completes regular quality inspections of assigned client
• Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long term retention.
• Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with one's own safe behavior
• Treats co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism
• Asks questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it - champions change when improvements can be made
• Must have a coaching mindset and be a champion of your team
• Collaborative style with strong influencing skills
• Previous experience of cleaning procedures and practices
• Proficient written and verbal English communication
• Strong employee and client focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Experienced with stocking and replenishing Supplies
• Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).

• Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.
• Driver's License, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, clean driving record
• 18 years of age or older
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required
• Previous Lead/Supervisor experience in Janitorial Role a must
