  Long‑term Contract / Contract to Permanent

• Drive to customer locations from the pickup parts location as specified in the job.
• Visit both business offices and residences to repair, troubleshoot, and break‑fix computers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Use your own car to travel and provide service to customers.
• Work primarily with Dell products (previous experience is a plus).
• Travel within a radius of 50 to 70 miles from the pickup parts location.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style at all times.
• Be prepared for overtime work and extensive driving (up to 300 miles per week).

• A+ Certification (training/expired status also accepted)
• Dell or any product manufacturer certification is a plus.
• Good experience working with laptops and desktops is mandatory.
• Experience with break/fix is required.

• Once the job is offered, you must undergo a background check and provide a driving record.
• You will need to complete Dell certification training (online, free).
• Contract agreement terms and conditions apply.
• Pay will be paid biweekly for approved hours.
• Mileage will be reimbursed—consult our recruiter for details.
• Plan for a backup vehicle in case of car breakdown.

• Standard pay rate with good mileage reimbursement.
