Job Summary
The Custodial Supervisor (Housing and Residence Life Department) will supervise and monitor custodial personnel in the delivery of building‑cleaning services within an assigned area. The role sets employee goals, assesses performance, provides feedback, and makes pay recommendations while interacting with facilities management, custodial management, quality control personnel, and area building management.
Responsibilities- Set and maintain custodial personnel’s work assignments and schedules; monitor performance and maintain records.
- Inspect work areas and confer with building management and occupants about quality of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and conduct training of custodial personnel; maintain associated records.
- Requisition and supervise the maintenance of materials and supplies.
- Supervise the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED certificate, or vocational school diploma.
- Four to five years of job‑related experience.
- Ability to work rotating shifts to maintain 24/7 coverage.

SalaryPay Range: $18.72–$25.45 per hour.
Skills & AbilitiesThis position requires management of custodial services delivery, including organization, planning, scheduling, supervision, communication, customer service, and recordkeeping. It also requires knowledge of custodial processes, procedures, equipment operation, and maintenance.
