General Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas (kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, HVAC). Perform preventive maintenance on major equipment. Requires good communication skills to interact with colleagues and guests. Reports to Director of Facilities and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards.

• General maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas.
• Preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems.
• Interact with colleagues and guests to fulfill requests and complete work orders.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to maintain safety standards.

• Minimum one year building maintenance experience (hotel experience preferred).
• Good customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
