• Auto Body
  
  Experience:
  
  1-2 years preferred.
• Vision Abilities:
  Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Communication

  Interact with customers and build accounts.
• Manual Dexterity:
  Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
• Work Ethic:

Compensation
:
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be:

• Commission-based uncapped earning potential.
• First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000
• Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$150,000+
