Supply Chain Business Process Manager
to design, implement, and scale the operational processes that enable our supply chain to move fast whilemaintainingquality, traceability, and compliance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives inhighgrowthstartup environments where processes are evolving quickly and the ability to turn chaos into scalable systems is critical. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and procurement to build the supply chain operating model that supports rapid prototyping and production scaling.

What You'll Do
  • Refinethe Supply Chain Operating System
  • Design and document core supply chain processes including:
  • Requisition to Purchase Order
  • Supplier onboarding
  • Receiving and inspection workflows
  • Inventory management
  • Engineering change order (ECO) supply chain impact
  • Convert ad-hoc processes into standardized workflows that scale with growth.
  • Enable Speed Without Breaking Things
  • Create processes that allow rapid prototyping whilemaintainingtraceability.
  • Balance speed with compliance and cost control.
  • Support engineering teams with fast supplier sourcing and procurement processes.
  • ERP and Systems Development
  • Help configure and improve supply chain processes in ERP/MRP systems.
  • Develop workflows for purchase orders, supplier master data, material planning, and inventory tracking.
  • Work closely with IT to automate repetitive workflows.
  • Cross Functional Process Alignment
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Program Management.
  • Ensure supply chain processes support prototype builds, flight hardware builds, and production ramp.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify bottlenecks in procurement and supplier performance.
  • Implement improvements to reduce procurement cycle time, supplier lead time, and part shortages.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain

    Supply Chain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Lead supply chain process improvement initiatives
  • Support ERP/MRPimplementations and improvements
  • Develop process documentation and training materials
  • Improve visibility into supply chain performance and delivery risks
  • Supportmakevs buy decisions and outsourcing workflows
  • Develop supplier onboarding and qualification processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+yearsexperiencein supply chain, procurement, or operations
  • Experience building or improving business processes in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
  • Strong understanding of procurement, planning, and supplier management
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing experience
  • Experience scaling supply chains from prototype to production
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience
  • ERP implementation experience
  • Familiarity with DFARS, ITAR, or AS9100 environments
