As a Part Time Trash Collector (Porter) at Community Concierge Services, you will take on an active role that involves going up and down stairs to collect trash and recycling from residents  doors at your assigned apartment community. After collecting the trash you transport it to the onsite compactor or trash bins.

To excel as a Part Time Trash Collector (Porter) with Community Concierge Services, several key skills and tools are essential. A smartphone with a data plan is necessary for effective communication and navigation. Physical fitness is important, as you will need the ability to carry up to 50lbs at a time without assistance, ensuring efficient collection from residents  doors.

Additionally, your availability from 6PM until completion on Sundays and 7PM until completion each night, Monday through Thursday, will help maintain a consistent and high-performance service.
