An established national law firm is seeking a Corporate & Transactional Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join its highly regarded corporate and M&A practice in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious associate looking to take on meaningful responsibility and gain hands‑on experience with sophisticated domestic and cross‑border transactions.

Requirements:

• MUST be licensed & living in Georgia
• 2–3 years of corporate and transactional experience
• Meaningful exposure to M&A transactions and general corporate work
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex transactional agreements
• Exposure to cross‑border transactions preferred
• German language capability is a plus, but not required
• Desire to grow and advance within a nationally recognized corporate practice
