We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team who is capable of managing cases from beginning to end, eager to continue learning, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume caseload. Calvin Smith Law offers a highly competitive compensation package, featuring a base salary of $100,000+ and a robust commission structure. Top performers routinely earn high six-figure to seven-figure compensation based on results.

Requirements:

* Tried at least 2 personal injury cases as first chair. Can be as a prior defense counsel.

* Minimum 3 years of experience.

* Skilled in preparing cases for trial and handling complex motions.

* Must be licensed in state and federal court.

Responsibilities

* Represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal matters

* Specialize in specific areas of law such as personal injury and workers' compensation

* Conduct legal research using resources like Westlaw to support case strategies

* Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable outcomes

* Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients

* You'll serve as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes for our clients. xrlwcon
