A national Am Law 200 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate (3+ years) to join its Logistics, Energy, and Manufacturing Litigation Group in Atlanta, Georgia
.

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters involving transportation, torts, insurance coverage, and complex commercial disputes.

Role Type:

• Handle litigation matters involving logistics, energy, manufacturing, and transportation clients.
• Manage tort matters, defend motor carriers, and support insurance coverage disputes.
• Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, draft motions and briefs, and assist with trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to high‑stakes litigation strategy.
• Represent clients effectively in state and federal courts.

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Background in transportation litigation strongly preferred.
• Experience with tort defense, motor carrier representation, or insurance coverage disputes is a significant plus.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar (or ability to waive in).
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
