Real Estate Attorney

Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 7+ years of practice to join its Atlanta office
. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value real estate transactions for developers, owners, and investors across a broad range of asset classes.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience representing clients in the structuring, documenting, and closing of complex commercial real estate transactions
, including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and development matters. Attorneys in this position will play a key role in managing transactions, advising clients on strategic and legal considerations, and collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 7+ years of commercial real estate experience gained in a law firm environment
• Significant experience with commercial real estate financing, acquisition, disposition, and development transactions
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• The ability to manage complex matters and work effectively with clients and deal teams
