Interim Real Estate Attorney

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a part-time Interim Real Estate Attorney (Atlanta). 12-24+ Months.

Our large law firm client is looking for an Interim Real Estate Attorney with approximately 7 years of experience for its national Real Estate practice. This position will primarily focus on affordable housing. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in real estate finance, with familiarity in LIHTC and bond deals, construction/permanent loans, and working with subordinate financing a plus. This role will have the ability to run transactions from beginning to end, including drafting and negotiating loan documents, coordinating with paralegals on title/surveys and checklists, and communicating directly with lenders, borrowers, and counsel.

Attention to detail, commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters is essential.

Experience: 7+ years’ experience as a real estate attorney

Location: Midtown Atlanta

• Drafting and negotiating loan documents.

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to run transactions from beginning to end
• Georgia Bar admission
