Job Details

Core Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, easements, development agreements, and title-related instruments
  • Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and financing matters
  • Conduct and manage legal due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and entity-related analysis
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to structure transactions and provide strategic legal advice
  • Coordinate with lenders, developers, brokers, and other external parties to support the successful execution of deals
  • Manage multiple matters simultaneously with a high degree of organization and attention to detail
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
  • 3–7 years of experience in commercial real estate law (other experience levels may be considered)
  • Strong drafting and negotiating skills with a background in commercial real estate transactions
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and provide clear, business-oriented guidance
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a smaller team environment
  • Strong client-service orientation and interest in developing long-term professional relationships
