Position Overview:
The Atlanta office is currently accepting applications from attorneys with a minimum of seven years of experience in property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, persistence, a passion for their practice, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Applicants should have hands-on experience in first-party property insurance litigation and/or coverage disputes, and must possess excellent written and oral communication abilities. Responsibilities include evaluating first-party property insurance claims, drafting coverage opinions, preparing pleadings and discovery materials, and participating in hearings, depositions, and trials. Active membership with the Georgia Bar is required.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position, with a minimum expectation of two days per week in the office.
