Our client is an Am law firm, seeking a trademark and copyright associates for its Intellectual Property practice in Atlanta. The group works in a variety of industries for a range of clients including technology, emerging companies, and universities.
The salary for this position is between $235k to $310k.
- 2-4+ years of intellectual property experience, including trademark and copyright registration, clearance, prosecution and maintenance.
- Experience managing global trademark and copyright portfolios.
- Experience drafting and negotiating a range of IP agreements [licenses, assignments and coexistence agreements, among others].
- Experience assisting with enforcement, including cease and desist, and litigation support in state and federal courts, along with TTAB.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.
