Paralegal

Overview

A well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its litigation team. The firm represents seriously injured clients in complex matters, including medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, automobile accidents, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases.

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury cases
• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Manage case files from intake through settlement or trial, ensuring deadlines and compliance with court rules
• Coordinate and review medical records, bills, liens, and expert materials
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in a plaintiff personal injury or litigation-focused law firm preferred
• Experience handling medical records and complex injury cases strongly desired
• Knowledge of Georgia civil procedure and court filing requirements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office

• The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 — $85,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
