David Lashgari is the principle lawyer for Lashgari & Associates, Attorneys At Law, P.C. David is both an engineer and a lawyer. He is a former top federal government expert and accident investigator with more than 42 years of experience in engineering and accident investigation. Additionally, he possesses 30 years of experience in successfully representing thousands of injured victims of car and truck accidents.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Personal Injury Paralegal at Lashgari & Associates, Attorneys at Law, P.C., located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Paralegal will assist attorneys in personal injury cases by preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing documents, and ensuring effective client communication. Day-to-day tasks involve drafting demand packages, pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, managing case files, and coordinating with medical providers and insurance companies.

• Strong knowledge of Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in research and the ability to interpret legal information
• Attention to detail in Document Review and Analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Paralegal certification or relevant degree
• Between 2-5 years of experience in personal injury law is a requirement
