This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA for a Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys by preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with case management. Key responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, organizing case files, coordinating with medical experts, and maintaining case data. The role also involves liaising with clients and legal professionals to facilitate effective communication and case progression.

• Previous experience in medical malpractice or catastrophic injury
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Strong Legal Research skills and ability to analyze complex legal information
• Experience drafting and organizing Pleadings and Motions
• Knowledge of case management processes and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with legal software and technology
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or a Paralegal Certification
