Overview

Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Corporate Associate to its Venture Capital and Technology group in its Atlanta office. As an Am Law
100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a thriving practice.

You will be joining a team of attorneys who consistently score top rankings in Global League Tables for representation of fast-growing venture‑backed technology and life sciences companies and the funds that invest in them. The team is largely based in Atlanta, Miami and New York City, but has a global practice.

You possess 3 to 6 years of meaningful corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting;
emerging company and venture capital experience is strongly preferred
. You are knowledgeable in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters. With strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you have excelled academically.
