PRO 360 is looking for a Paralegal with expertise in Real Estate. The Real Estate Paralegal supports attorneys in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions by preparing legal documents, coordinating closings, conducting research, and maintaining accurate files. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Assist attorneys with all phases of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and refinances
- Draft, review, and revise real estate documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, closing statements, affidavits, and escrow instructions
- Coordinate and schedule real estate closings; communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, brokers, and other parties
- Order and review title searches, surveys, zoning reports, and payoff statements
- Conduct legal and factual research related to property ownership, liens, easements, and land use issues
- 3-5 years of paralegal experience
- Bachelor s degree and/or paralegal certificate
