• At least 2 years of substantive experience in commercial real estate matters
• Background in handling transactions involving the acquisition, sale, leasing, or financing of commercial properties

• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and collaborate effectively within a team structure

• J.D. from an accredited law school and graduated above a 3.0 GPA
• Admitted to the Georgia Bar

• Professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality client service
• Comfort working in a growing office environment and contributing to team‑driven goals
