Attorney​/Lawyer

Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our team on a contract basis for a three-month assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. This hybrid position requires in-office work at least two days per week and focuses on contract development, negotiation, and management for various organizations. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with business managers and legal professionals, ensuring contracts align with organizational goals and are completed within the designated timeframe.

Responsibilities:

- Revise and restate existing management contracts, serving as the primary legal resource for this process.

- Collaborate with internal business managers to identify services provided to organizations and tailor contract language accordingly.

- Negotiate updated and standardized management contracts, transitioning from legacy agreements while addressing unique requirements.

- Manage the entire lifecycle of contract restatement, including drafting, negotiation, revision, and final execution.

- Oversee multiple contract projects simultaneously, with the goal of finalizing at least eight contracts within three months.

- Ensure consistent use of template language while addressing specific operational or legal needs of each organization.

- Maintain accurate documentation and updates in the contract management system.

- Develop, draft, and negotiate additional contract templates as needed. Requirements

- Must have active bar license.

- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey contract details.

- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all legal documentation.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with legal and business professionals.

- Training in and usage of HighQ contract management system is required.

- Strong customer service orientation and listening skills to address client needs effectively.
