Paralegal

Description

Our organization is seeking a talented In-House Litigation Paralegal with hands-on experience in construction litigation. This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with our attorneys on complex matters, streamline legal operations, and help drive critical outcomes for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide comprehensive litigation support on construction-related matters, including document management, discovery, case analysis, and trial preparation.

+ Draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence.

+ Assist with eDiscovery requests, data management, and compliance with deadlines.

+ Coordinate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and vendors.

+ Conduct legal research relevant to construction law, regulations, and contracts.

+ Summarize depositions, manage exhibits, and maintain case files.

+ Support the legal team on compliance, regulatory, or risk management projects as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of paralegal experience, with a significant focus on construction or complex commercial litigation.

+ Knowledge of construction law concepts, contract administration, and dispute resolution processes.

+ Proven ability to manage large volumes of documents and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Proficient in eDiscovery platforms and legal case management software.

+ Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

+ Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification required.
