Compensation: $175,000 – $250,000 + 401(k), benefits, and origination opportunities

This is an opportunity to join a growing litigation boutique, working directly with the firm’s founder and clients on complex business, real estate, and construction disputes. What You’ll Do

• Manage all phases of business litigation—from strategy and pleadings through discovery, hearings, and trial.
• Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor, developing practical strategies and clear communication.
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership in a supportive, technology-forward environment.
• Contribute to firm growth through creativity, initiative, and sound judgment.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally in business or commercial disputes.
• Georgia Bar member in good standing (or eligible for admission).
• Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills with a strong academic record.
• A creative problem‑solver who thrives without a rigid “playbook.”
• A collegial professional who values teamwork, integrity, and continual learning.

Wolfe Law invests in long‑term professional development—including business development training and a monthly marketing budget to help you grow your own practice over time, even though you are not expected to bring a book of business.

Compensation & Benefits

• $175,000 – $250,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience)
• 3% employer 401(k) contribution (after eligibility)
