Litigation Associate

We are partnered with a reputable national client seeking a mid-level attorney to join their product liability and class action litigation practice in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in litigation, with a strong background in product liability matters.

Responsibilities:

• Support a dynamic litigation team focused on product liability, mass torts, and class action defense.
• Manage case files, conduct legal research, and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Participate in strategy development, client communications, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to build strong defenses.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of litigation experience required; product liability or class action experience preferred.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials
• Licensed to practice in Georgia
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• $285,000 - $345,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
