It is recommended that all applicants have at least 2 years of Criminal experience. You should be able to manage a full docket of cases, pride yourself on being a great communicator, and interact with staff and clients professionally and ethically while producing outstanding results.

EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:
2 years of legal experience with 2 years of Criminal experience. GA BAR License
$/yr - $/yr
Duties and Responsibilities- Building strong defenses for clients charged with crimes or facing criminal charges.
- Creating successful case strategies through thorough investigations and interviewing of witnesses.
- Researching statutes, crime codes and case law that pertain to the specific charges their clients are facing.
- Representing clients at trials in front of judges and juries.
- Working toward obtaining dismissals or lesser charges by negotiating with prosecuting attorneys.
- 2 years of legal experience with 2 years of Criminal experience.
- Georgia Bar License
