Role DescriptionWe currently have a full-time position available for an attorney in or around the Atlanta area. The Attorney will handle traffic-related cases and provide advice to clients. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, attending court, negotiating cases, and trial work as necessary.
Qualifications- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
- Strong knowledge of Criminal Law and Procedure.
- Experience with Negotiation and representing clients in court settings
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle large case loads
