Job Title
Litigation Paralegal
LocationAtlanta, GA
Base Pay Range$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
We are assisting our client, a national law firm, with a search for a Litigation Paralegal to join their business litigation group in Atlanta, GA
.
- E-filing in federal and state courts
- Draft legal documents such as motions and subpoenas
- Organize, analyze, and index documents and exhibits for trial
- Cite-check, Bluebook, and shepardize briefs and legal memoranda
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation
- Apply knowledge of the litigation process
- Conduct legal research via Lexis Nexis and Westlaw
- 2 years of trial experience, including attending trials
- 5 years commercial litigation experience
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and proofreading skills
- Bachelor's degree and ABA‑approved paralegal certificate OR Associate's/Bachelor's in Paralegal Studies
