Insurance Defense Paralegal

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a distinguished law firm to find an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to join their team in Georgia. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in insurance defense, eager to support attorneys and manage various paralegal tasks effectively.

• Managing case files and maintaining organized records.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research to assist attorneys.
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports as needed.
• Communicating professionally with clients and other involved parties.
• Assisting with court filings and understanding court procedures.
• Managing the discovery process, including gathering and reviewing documents.
• Preparing for trials and hearings by organizing evidence and exhibits.
• Performing administrative tasks to support the legal team.
• Ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards in all work.

• Proven experience in an insurance defense paralegal role.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting documents.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Monday - Friday

$28 - $36 per hour
