Our AmLaw 100 client is looking to hire a 3+ year associate for a practice mix of ~75% healthcare litigation and ~25% First Amendment matters, with occasional “plug-and-play” support on other commercial disputes.

• Lead fact development, work with expert witnesses
  , and take/defend depositions
• Draft discovery responses
  , briefs
  , and motions for complex cases

• 3+ years in complex commercial litigation
• Clerkship strongly preferred; J.D. from a nationally recognized, accredited law school
• Georgia Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in
  )

• Exceptional project management
• Persuasive writing & oral advocacy (law review or similar a plus)
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload and exercise sound judgment in a collaborative team
